Response Mail may not contain any additional items related to previous business with the addresses, such as invoices, monthly statements, etc.

There is no limit to the number of items per size and mass category.

The Business Reply Service or any response devise (eg. Business Reply Service)is not a prerequirement.

The mail can contain a response devise approved by the Post Office, eg. A business reply service item, a freepost address, or an addressed response coupon to reply to the offer by mail.

The Post Office’s must approve a sample of the Response Mail item before posting.

A complete sample of the responsemail item together with the official approval must be presented when a consignment is handed in for posting.
