Our Mobile solution, allows customers multiple interfaces/platforms to access our ePostal’s mobile solution to communicate with residents, suppliers, internal staff etc. The solution allows you to upload single adhoc messages, bulk messages (one message-multiple recipients), system generated sms messages (e.g. sms balances at month end). The solution offers an ability to provide reports, as well as replies to single and bulk sms files submitted by users. ePostal has the capabilities to execute SMS messages on behalf of Customers via its eMessaging platform and it has Wireless Application Service Provider (WASP) licences South African Mobile Network Operators and is a member of WASPA. We have multiple interfaces which range from sending sms via your Outlook application to interfaces between systems and the ePostal Mobile Platform. Each interface has its unique advantages and depends on the customer requirements on which interface would be better.
